Ok guys, so I think this is what Im going to do from now on. I have played nice, but I guess Ill start calling guys out who have issues in the thread, and post for members to see where the issues truly are.
ONE.........
There is a guy in this thread now complaining about my poor communication. He continues to send me $100.00 orders. I have stated MULTIPLE times my minimum is $120.00 but yet Im the one with poor communication??? I will not respond to an email if you do not have some form of secure email, or your order does not meet the minimum. Guys can bitch, complain, call me an idiot, whatever makes them feel good about themselves about my minimum but Im not doing it. MOST guys are lucky because 5-6 years ago MOST suppliers had $250 minimums. I lowered mine over $80.00 for everyone here, I think that is more than fair.
TWO.........
Several guys here do not have secure accounts, and they say they are emailing me with nor response. How many here have secure emails and get responses within the hour a lot of times? Does anyone see where Im going with this?? Im sure many do. GUYS GET A SECURE EMAIL. They are free, literally free. Isnt that piece of mind great, to know you have the same email provider and all of your emails will go through successfully?
THREE........
Several guys here orders have taken longer than normal. Without going into great detail, there was a certain week long holiday that my collections agent was involved in somewhere, and funds were not collected. This is on my end, I agree, and guys will be compensated for this. MANY guys here have gotten their orders within 4-5 days as well, without a doubt. Also, guys if you are inquiring about an order in the open forum, and when I ask you to PM or email me and you do not, how do you think the issue can be looked into????
LASTLY........
If ALL steps are followed correctly, correct email providers, funds are sent within a certain time frame, emails are sent with correct payment details, T/A is much faster. That is why you see guys here who say they received their order within days, because they followed directions perfectly. I did not ask anyone here to send me a picture of their payment. When I send pay details, its a very simple set of instructions to send me back. Literally, simple. If this is not followed correctly, it delays things. If I have to email you and ask you for details, that can delay things days, literally depending on how fast the emails are communicated. Lets do a little math. You send me payment details on a random day, lets say thursday. They are incorrect, and I catch it on friday evening and email you back. You respond to my email with the correct information saturday, and I receive it on sunday successfully. That is already THREE days wasted. Now I have 48 hours from monday to collect the funds, and another 3-4 days for delivery. Do you see how this adds up??? Some guys here think this is amazon prime and it simply is not. However, I can guarantee you, if the very simple instructions are followed perfectly, it ensures orders will be sent out much faster.
