I fucked my back for the 2nd time in 6months doing deads a couple weeks ago. Still can't walk right or sit long or do anything quickly without pinching nerves
My wife had to roll me on my side then grab my left hand to get outa bed today.
Its a lil better now...nothings pinched just a lil muscle pull i think.......hope.

I'm in the same shape. Can't sit straight up. I'm hoping it's just a strain. Everywhere i looked for advice mostly said rest
 
Ok now this is interesting....just got bloods back on 200mg/wk...of another labs test e.
Bloods were drawn 6 days after last 200mg inj. The inj previous to it was 200mg 7 days prior and 300 mg 7 days prior to that...tt 1330.
If you look at my bloods from tsl test e posted here in mid jan you will find a 1770 tt number on 700mg/wk blood drawn 60 hours from previous inj.
So you be the judge.....

But what you just said is basically is saying all ugls live in the same place and order from the same supplier... And its not intended to be an olive branch... I just placed a decent sized order for tsl test e... I don't want to be seeing this shit... Im just trying to see where something may have went wrong and how he is going to handle it with a bunch of bloods coming back this low

The only low bloods i saw at the time i placed my order were throwbacks i believe... Either way the free test on the bloods doesn't look bad... And noone is complaining "they don't feel anything" "i don't see any gains"

Many factors could make this situation a real possibility.

Alcohol will significantly drop free test as it raises your shbg. Especially since shbg is made in the liver.

Any number of habits can raise shbg can cause this situation and would ultimately lower the free test due to hightend shbg.

But speaking of, this is why the biggest guys in meso preach nutrition, magnesium and the vitamins you get from certain Whole Foods help to lower shbg and thus for, they see big gains.

But to clerify, I feel as if there was a bad batch of test e for sure. I'm not trying to justify that at all. Just simple fun talk about testosterone and the human body is all I'm speaking about.

I did the same thing from wrong form on squats. Couldn't sit, stand or lay. Had to lay on the damn floor for any relief. Finally after a month I got some muscle relaxers and slept on my heating pad. Could barely walk more than 5 minutes before I would have to sit down. This was worse than when I had 2 ruptured discs.

Really?....right now my wife is tying my shoes cuz the bar slipped doing deads yesterday and i caught it going down so i can barely bend at the waist.
Both knees crack like dried branches when i get up in the morning and i cannot completely straighten out my arms cuz my elbows arent working quite right.
If thats not enough i usually get a flat top haircut and the fucking barber buzz cut me with a #1 and i look like a skinhead.
So dont be complainin young man....lol
I shouldn't laugh, but I did... and I laughed loud and hard.

That definitely sucks. I told a buddy of mine that I quit doing deadlifts because they make my vagina hurt. In all actuality, I stopped doing them because every time I'd finish 1 set, I'd get this lower-back pump from hell (maybe it was muscle stiffness). I noticed it mainly after I switched over to a tren and prop cycle. I'd even start feeling it with squats, but not so much that I'd skip out on those.

Sounds like a good life. Or is that my life ?? Hmmmm....I can't remember;)
 
The best damned advice right there. Either stop all together or drop the weight SIGNIFICANTLY! I know it's a great compound lift, but not if it keeps you out of the gym.
The mechanisms of a deadlift are just hell on your body
Unless your a strongman and potentially profit from the deal or an olympic weightlifter that is required to do the lift as part of the powerclean and jerk then why do it? If you like it and never ever get hurt doing it then so be it. But the deadlift has ruined more backs than Dirk Diggler ruined pussies.

You ought to feel the back pumps from tsl dbol....im not a real fan cuz i have really watch bp when i use it but......2 good pulls and you walk out of the gym like u have a fuckin zuchinni up your ass. And no...they just dont go away they linger.
