TSL LABS

Actually i really like doing them...although in the begining the proper form felt very uncomfortable.
I start out there with deads really light and work my way up from 220 to 315 with a dead then 10 shrugs. I walk around to where i stand in frt of the bar bend knees down grab bar behind my back and do 10 more at each weight up to 315 right now....still working getting to 10 at 315 behind me.....thats when the bar slipped.
But then i usually do 5 reps of real deads from 315 on up.....last week with a trt dose of test only.....tt1330 i pulled a pr for me at 435 ×3......then i go home. Lol
I think I read it in the power lifting forum. Brutus jacked his back up again and I believe it was censored boards suck posted a video about back posture for deads and squats. Seems really basic but I know a lot of guy (even really strong guys) that don't have proper form. It's a great video just to make sure you're form is right for anyone who would like to double check and make sure they're doing it right. The guy breaks it down so simple you can't mess it up unless you're a complete retard.

I saw a video of a dude who snapped his spine doing deads. That was fucked up.

I'll definitely check that out. Thanks bud. Hard to really take advantage of all aspects of knowledge meso offers

That sucks big time! Squats and deads I really listen to my body. Slipped a disk a few years back and I really watch it now. There's days I'm pumped to do deads or squats and only get in a warm up and call it off. As bad as I may want to hit it it's not worth it putting me down for weeks or months.

Biggest e-peen, dick waving post ever haha atleast you acknowledge it
Stupid post i agree
Wish i could have that one back
No offense was taken. Mind if I ask what your stats are. Age weight height. Years of gym/aas use
@gr8whitetrukker
Currently 6'1 been off for 6 months dieting i always do when im off. Now about 256. On cycle i get as big as 284. Still trying to snap the 290 zone. 32 yrs old, country raised. Trained for sports enhancement in my teen years. Picked up PL in my late teens. Trained for military specific fitness in my early 20's and been BB now for the remainder of the sum of my yrs. So i guess 17 yrs of a mixed bag of experiences. Been cycling only about as long as my join date(here)

You have every fucking right to wave your dick around. 6'1" 284lbs. One day I have to seriously pick your brain.

Nah, i really dont feel that way
I guess that was my stupid post of the day. I get one every day
Anyway. Got chicken legs baking and some green beans ready

Lost my gym membership last week. No biggie. No motivation in the gym anyway. Started back to the basics with heavy weights on my powerack at home. After two years I'm back to squatting 225-10 reps, 255- 8 reps and back down until I hit 135 for a blow out set. Gonna take a page from your book and start front squats soon. Felt good too. No belt my core is nice and tight. Haven't squatted since my accident.

3 herniated disc. Believe me if I didn't have that I would be breaking through shit like nothing. Very limited. But I'm glad I'm back to the basics. Teaches me discipline and proper form. Keeps me tight and strict. You can't cheat heavy ass weight. I don't make excuses when it comes to this. Only excuse I have is I got an Ironmaster Super Bench which is an awesome bench but it's so high up that it doesn't allow proper leg drive and stance when benching. So 315 for 4 reps on the flat bench is all upper body and I don't have a spotter or someone to lift off for me. But I make do.

Start doing legs everyday. Maybe 3 sets everyday
FS one day next day some thing for hams(curls, romanians, etc). But if you wanna get better at FS do it EOD.

Yeah I'm hitting one exercise for 10-12 sets a day different rep ranges. It's helping my CNS greatly and I'm just one week into this and I'm feeling fuller and bigger/stronger. The gym had me doing endless reps on every hammer/cable and plate machine I can find. Totally destroyed my growth. 4 days ago I can only hit 225 for 6 reps now I'm hitting it for 10.

I'm definitely hitting the major groups twice a week. Possibly soon I'll back off and do 5 sets of a compound with 5 sets of assistance. I just need to back off on my training capacity because I'm hitting a huge wall and I feel it's due to me going balls against the wall with hitting everything from every angle.

As soon as my life levels out and my sleep is better I'll be able to ramp up the intensity an add 2-3 exercises per day.

Oh! I seen dudes drop after lifts. But to snap your back. Never seen that

I mean if you watch it the dude literally fell backwards on the edge of the 45lb plate. Freak accident. I know there was a crossfitter who had a rare spinal defect that was performing snatch and press like a typical cross fitter and he snapped his spinal cord from the actual exercise. Shows the functionality of throwing around heavy weight lol.... that's what's I mean by discipline, tight core and precaution. What builds big fucking lats? 1,2,3,4,5..... actual pull-ups or 50 kips?

You should also then be adding size..so you should look a lot better than you did in that old pic of yours. It takes dedication and patience...and care.
