I've never use Anadrol my entire life, but since I heard such good things about the Iran Anadrol TP has, I decided to order some from him to give it a try. You mentioned that it helps keep your hunger under control. One of my biggest issues is not eating enough. I have a hard time eating as much as I'm supposed to. My appetite is never very strong and I always feel like I'm forcing food down my throat just to get the calories I need. If I take Anadrol, will this make my appetite even worse? Now I'm wondering if I should try it. I had no idea it suppresses appetite.
Even though you are Meso's #1 troll right now I'll respond jk. Try it for yourself everyone responds differently to orals. I've tried numerous kinds, most recently anadrol and I have had to bail every time because they bother my stomach and limit my calorie intake. I'm a hard gainer and have to eat a tremendous amount of food. Heart burn, lethargy, upset stomach, I get them all. Others rave about orals with no issues, just gains. Give it a try so you know how you respond.

Anadrol ruins my appetite too. When I say ruins my appetite, I mean it’s torture to eat every 3 hours. I always feel full and have reflux all day.

I think i remeber reading something posted by #rodgerrabbit about glutamine fixing heartburn

i'm in the same boat. i'm a champ at eating maintenance calories. You just have to find a way to spice up existing meals/shakes to get more calories. Every little bit helps.

Never used Adrol myself, but if it really blunts hunger, it would probably make for a good cutting drug. Despite it mainly being used as a bulking drug, from what i gather.

When I lose my appetite or I know I’m low for the day, I love 2peanut butter and jelly Sammie’s with a tall glass of whole milk. Depending on your peanut butter usage, it can easily be 1,000 calories and it’s cheap!

From my experience with adrol, the lack of hunger is more of one it’s many side effects. At times I feel so shitty on drol, I don’t wanna eat. However, strength is up and pumps are amazing.

Well shit, I've always wanted to be #1 at something, but this is definitely not what I had in mind. :-)

Seriously though, eating is very difficult for me. I'm told I should be eating about 3,000 calories if not more, but I struggle to eat 2,000. Like someone else mentioned, I feel like I'm going to get sick with every bite. I just don't know how people train their bodies to eat so much food.

I'm still going to try the Anadrol, just because I've read so much about the results, but if it hurts my appetite or gives me stomach issues, like people are mentioning here, then I'm just going to have to stop taking it. I can't afford to eat less.

I know they sell weight-gainer shakes that have a ton of calories, but I've never tried them because I worry that the calories in those shakes aren't necessarily useful calories (meaning the right balance of calories/nutrients for bodybuilding.) Has anyone ever had a difficult time eating enough food, and then used those shakes to make up the difference? And, if so, do those shakes have the right balance of protein/carbs/fat to really count as a useful meal?

Dude, 3,000 calories isn't shit... how big are you?

Here is my version of meal replacement that is nutritious, delicious and packs over 70 grams of protein and 700 calories:
2 scopes of protein
One full avocado
250ml full fat yogurt
2 spoons of mct oil
Frozen fruit
Through these in a blender for a min and you are done.
I make it before leaving for work and have it between breakfast and lunch. This should help

One competitor, from Scandinavia,he was a serious dude(Viking genetics lol ), I used to send him anadrol Abdi Ibrahim a few years ago, he used them to avoid muscle loss during dieting for competition. He told me it keeps his appetite in control and also its the best anabolic in the world to avoid muscle loss and catabolism. I dont know how he got rid of the water retention, probably with some diuretics.

Also I wrote here before, people think anadrol is hard on liver but as Anabolics book says, it is not. Let me copy paste here again. I think its important information.

Acute Steroid Safety: Studies with Real-World Dosages

100 mg/day of Anadrol

Lastly, we find a study looking at the potent oral steroid oxymetholone (Anadrol).*331 This steroid is thought to be one of the most dangerous ones around by bodybuilders, who as a group seem to treat it with both a lot of respect and caution. It is not common to find them exceeding the doses and intake durations of this investigation, making it a very good representation of real-world Anadrol usage. This study involves 31 elderly men, between the ages of 65 and 80. The men were divided into three groups, with each taking 50 mg, 100 mg, or placebo daily for a 12-week period. Changes in lean body mass and strength were measured, as well as common markers of safety including total, LDL and HDL cholesterol levels, serum triglycerides, PSA (prostate-specific antigen), and liver enzymes. Muscle mass and strength gains were again relative to the dosage taken, with the end results being similar to those noted with 20 weeks of testosterone enanthate therapy at 125 mg or 300 mg per week (about 6.4 and 12 lb of lean body mass gained for the 50 mg and 100 mg doses respectively). There were no significant changes in PSA, total or LDL cholesterol values, or fasting triglycerides; however, there was a significant reduction in HDL cholesterol values (reduced 19 and 23 points for the 50 mg and 100 mg groups respectively). Liver enzymes (transaminases AST and ALT) increased only in the 100 mg group, but the changes were not dramatic, and were not accompanied by hepatic enlargement or the development of any serious liver condition.

Even though they contain lots of calories, I personally have never seen a shake that really has quality carbs in it. Most of them are as useful as drinking sugary coca cola with whey protein.

Hit the nail on the head there brotha.

2k cals a day is simple. 3 700 calorie meals and you’re there, which those are small meals...

After reading this article in Spanish long time ago, I solved my issue which was same as RT, here:
Code:
https://scielo.conicyt.cl/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S0034-98872007001200009

It has summary in English in it, I was using 10 mg tamoxifen daily between cycles and 20 mg tamoxifen +25 mg proviron daily during cycles. Very basic and was effective I am sure Aromasin is a lot more effective than that.
