Well shit, I've always wanted to be #1 at something, but this is definitely not what I had in mind.
Seriously though, eating is very difficult for me. I'm told I should be eating about 3,000 calories if not more, but I struggle to eat 2,000. Like someone else mentioned, I feel like I'm going to get sick with every bite. I just don't know how people train their bodies to eat so much food.
I'm still going to try the Anadrol, just because I've read so much about the results, but if it hurts my appetite or gives me stomach issues, like people are mentioning here, then I'm just going to have to stop taking it. I can't afford to eat less.
I know they sell weight-gainer shakes that have a ton of calories, but I've never tried them because I worry that the calories in those shakes aren't necessarily useful calories (meaning the right balance of calories/nutrients for bodybuilding.) Has anyone ever had a difficult time eating enough food, and then used those shakes to make up the difference? And, if so, do those shakes have the right balance of protein/carbs/fat to really count as a useful meal?
