In a separate thread I am seeking advice and rather than simply “take” from this incredibly helpful/generous forum, I wanted to “give” something - a recommendation for ubiquinol as a pre workout supplement.
Let me start off by saying that in my performance enhancing career to date I have used:
- superdrol
- anavar
- dbol
- winny
- injectable carnitine
-injectable ATP
- injectable choline
- every single recognised OTC pre workout supplement
- numerous “banned” supplements like DMAA, Yohimbine, ephedrine
I am a big fan of Vigorous Steve. I just love the bloke - I feel like you can tell from his YouTube vids that he is a really good person (putting to one side his generosity with his free info) - anyway he said preworkout high dose ubiquinol is very good. But there is a catch: it must be actual kaneka ubiquinol. Not CoQ10 or ubidecarenone or ubiquinone - these are all similarly structured compounds which apparently lack bioavailability.
Kaneka ubiquinol, or bust. Expect to pay a bit
Well, I took the advice and I fucking love it. 600mg about 30min to an hour before the gym. I would rate the impact as comparable to injectable carnitine. I can just keep going - insane intensity.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this compound or any other weird/unusual compound that works for you
