virilisation pictures

Yes, the transdermal DHT gel in Europe is call Andractim, it's a 2.5% DHT gel.

Great info! I will look into that. Thx guys!
I will definetely include DHT in my nest test (if my lab is capable to do it). My next blood draw is next week.

I'm a bit puzzled on why you are talking about the DHT cream. Should I use it as a topical cream to increase virilisation on the places where I want it to increase? Eg. face and lower arms?? (and at the same time to reduce my gynecomastia? So I should apply it to my chest??)

And I sould try to protect the hair on my scalp with Nizoral, right?

DHT applied as a transdermal will increase your blood DHT levels. So there is no such thing as rubbing it on your chest to spare the hair on your head. But it will reduce gynecomatia because of its opposition to estrogen and progesterone. I do not know of any depot injectable DHT preparations other than certain AAS that are DHT analogs.

Is there anybody who is on T injections with DHT gel as HRT? I know SWALE is not a big fan of using DHT...

I will take a bloodtest next week. If it shows low DHT levels, I might consider T injections and DHT gel as HRT. But I need to be able to explain this to my doc, and support this with scientific data (he has admitted that he sometimes needs to study more on the subject and he apreciates my opinion because he knows that I always proof my point with scientific facts).
So:
- what are the "usual" dosages if I would do DHT and Test as HRT?
- who can point me to some scientific studies on this subject? (eg. how does the DHT-mechanism work as an estrogen antogonist? Hey: I might be able to leave out the Adex in my current treatment if I add DHT).

Too bad I will be a bold guy in a few months time, though...

Here's an interesting study on DHT supplementation...and for once there not talking exculsively about "aging old men"....:D
