Glad to hear you have an open mind!
I agree! There are other factors that play apart as well.
I am not trying to dumb it down to make things simple. The human body is still extremely complicated and there are so many variables in each specific case that you need to take into consideration.
I could have written 3-4 times the amount that I did if I were to cover a lot of those other factors but at that point people won't even start reading. I wouldn't
Oh yes! Stress is one of the number one killers in my mind, stress can be underlying cause for obesity, drug addictions, divorces, sickness and diseases. Do I mean that sicknesses and diseases are directly caused by stress?! YES!
Do I believe that people can DIE from stress? YES!

The Effect of Widowhood on Mortality by the Causes of Death of Both Spouses
The increased likelihood for a recently widowed person to die—often called the “widowhood effect”—is one of the best documented examples of the effect of social relations on health.1 The widowhood effect has been found among men and women of all ages throughout the world.2–5 Recent longitudinal studies put the excess mortality of widowhood (compared with marriage) among the elderly between 30% and 90% in the first 3 months and around 15% in the months thereafter.1,6–8 These estimates are comparable across various statistical methodologies, including multivariate models that statistically control for a wide range of confounding factors,1,6,8,9 prompting increasing confidence in a causal basis of the widowhood effect.6,8,10,11

I know my style of writing is very juvenile but the subject matter is extremely serious. Stress is killing Americans! Ruining lives and creating drug dependencies that create other problems and then you have a snowball effect of different drugs and ailments.
I strongly believe the statistics would go down, yes. Again, I am not trying to dumb it down, but there is a common denominator in all this STRESS being present.
I am not saying it is an easy task, I don't know how to relieve 100% of stress but I am getting better at it and noticing huge improvements in my life just from smiling more. It's a fake smile but it works!
Yeah, this is a huge red flag. I would argue that you are doing that because you are extremely stressed and you don't even realize the misery you are in. I don't mean to be judgemental but this behavior is a red flag if anything. Isolating, needing constant stimulation mentally and the oral fixation with ice cream. Yeah, that's bad!
I am extremely aware of my target audience when I write. Do my posts seem impromptu? They aren't.
To be honest, I don't care too much if people agree or not. This is how it is, if you want to debate me. State why I am wrong if you are feeling courageous.
No, that's not true. The science has been out there for decades, the true information is out there. It's just that people chose to read magazines and other TV shows that are made to make you not understand how it works. If you think about it, where did you get your understanding about diet and stuff like that? School? Hell no! You have been reading garbage misinformation for decades. If you don't believe me, find a source for what you "believe." A proper source.
You are not understanding this correctly. You don't seem to understand that a person's hunger will depend on their mental state.
For example, a person that is of good mental health and has no stress or other factors that could contribute to a negative state of mind. That person won't be able to over-eat.
That's why people of Buddhism and in the Muslim religion they fast. That's because a person cannot fast unless they have mental clarity and peace.
That's cute that you think you are doing this for me.
Thank you for your response.
