WARNING: Naps Customer Database Compromised

It was taken down after a couple of days but like TRT said it was out there long enough.
Oh no. It was up longer then that. Someone else must have posted it somewhere. I found it atleast weeks later brother. I screen shotted the shit out it for proof. Just in case someone from naps would deny it.

So you have the list? Makes me think meso was behind the hack/leak

Does it matter who did the hacking in this context? No. The only thing that matters is that naps stockpiled customer information and didn't secure it (wipe it). Due to their recklessness and complete disregard for their customers safety, everyone on that list is vulnerable to wide range of threats. FUCK NAPS.

I only have it cause someone mentioned it and i googled it. My brother ordered from them a long time ago and couldn't look through it all to see if his info was there so I screen shotted it and figured it would serve as a duplicate purpose later.

I don't think Meso was behind it. That was someone Naps pissed off. Probably ripped off. Meso only seems like they are the biggest hatters cause we are all about safety and security. Both they are not.

Still I find it concerning that you have the list and You're willing to put others info out there if necessary

I get where you're coming from

Do you find it concerning that naps betrayed their customers trust?

Yes but from what I last heard it was taken care of a security is tighter. It's a risk any site takes when on the internet everyone is exposed to the possibility of hacks from steroid sites to government sites anyone can get hacked just saying but I feel you

This thread is almost a year old now but the take-home message seems to have been lost.

Naps shouldn't have been storing customer information. We're all in agreement on that. But the point everyone is overlooking is that customers should operate under the assumption that all of these sources are storing customer information and take the necessary measures to ensure they're protected in the event of a breach.

Anyone who thinks sources aren't storing customer information, especially big sources like Naps, Alin, Pharmacon, etc., are deluding themselves. That's their customer database. No business would ever give up their customer database. It's probably one of the most valuable pieces of data they possess.

I never said anything about putting it out there. I'd blurry the info and post it as it was on the site. I would NEVER post anyone's info under an circumstances. There's no reason for it. I don't even like talking about posting personal info.

Well, they assured everyone before the hack that information was secure too. Should we believe them this time?

I agree there is always risk but it does not and will not excuse what happened. Customers old and new should be made aware of what happened - preferably without the, "golly, it can happen to anybody" line of BS that tries to minimize that damage done, softening the scrutinizing eye that should be an essential part of any source evaluation.

@DHulk why are you so quick to point fingers at Meso and then say I would post it like it was a supporting factor that it was Meso? You trying to make Meso look bad or me? Was your info n there? I'm not the only one who screen shot it. I did it for my brothers security if you look back at my post.

That would fall under the category of common sense (not so common?) and I agree.

My contention right now is the source sympathizers trying to marginalize the magnitude of what happened. And some, have agenda in pushing this; "it doesn't matter, all sources do it," narrative. I think that's a dangerous message, not only concerning what happened with naps, but with all sources. People need to be diligent, not complacent in their source evaluation. IMO, the narrative stated above fosters the latter type of behavior over the former.
