Smith machine row
Single arm seated row
Straight arm pull downs
Abs- Decline bench leg raises
Food was hard to eat today but honestly i think its just because its been in the refrigerator since Sunday ... im gonna start cooking 2 times a week ..
2 shots of tren and got heart burn lol
 
Day 5 morning cardio
Later will be arms
- Seated 1 arm DB Curls
Pin wheel curls-
EZ bar preacher curls
Behind the head rope extensions
Dip machine-
Reverse grip/narrow grip tricep pushdowns
Calves- Leg press calf extensions-
Also donated blood this morning fuck i feel good right now ....

Those pinwheel curls have become a staple for me!

Pronated grip chin-up
I feel like i did great this week but was just getting the feel for it now its time to smash it

I feel like i did great this week but was just getting the feel for it now its time to smash it

Now your talkin, pushing yourself through the pain zone that most stop at is where the gains are, do that and watch your body respond like never before.
 
Hey @wedorecover , what’s the difference in your daily calories? Like from where you were before and what you did differently this week...
Are you slowly lower calories or doing like 500 cal drop?

All i can really say brother is im in caloric defect ... im trying not to give up the secrets that these guys are using ... they put a lot into this

I'll address it as detailed as possible... We put him in a caloric deficit, using carb timing/manipulations to our advantage. He won't be in ketosis at all during the diet, but he will have lower carb periods, and refeed days, too. We're focusing on nutritional timing and using the carbs on days such as legs and other "lagging" parts that we don't want to "lose" during a deficit. He will be PRIMED to grow when we are done....
