I'll address it as detailed as possible... We put him in a caloric deficit, using carb timing/manipulations to our advantage. He won't be in ketosis at all during the diet, but he will have lower carb periods, and refeed days, too. We're focusing on nutritional timing and using the carbs on days such as legs and other "lagging" parts that we don't want to "lose" during a deficit. He will be PRIMED to grow when we are done....
I know how important ones diet has to be to get the desired results. Especially on a cut.
This is an area I struggle with myself and keeps me from where I want to go. But I also believe I overthink it too much and then it becomes overwhelming lol.

Im the same way that’s why having them do everything for me is ideal .... takes all the thinking out of it ... all i have to do now is trust the process

Exactly!
And the things you will learn from their advice, especially on dieting, is really priceless.
I can read and watch YouTube videos on dieting and foods to eat all day long but until I get hands on experience doing it myself I’ll never truly grasp it.

Download cronometer and put it your stats. Log your meals diligently, and keep yourself at a caloric deficit. Prioritize proteins, then fats and lastly carbs in the overall "macros".

How does “cronometer “ compare to say the fitness pal app or any of the other ones ? I’ve never heard of that one but it looks pretty interesting.
 
Judging by your avi, your doin pretty good , your easily within striking distance of being shredded.
I appreciate it man. I’m just always open to new ideas and concepts. Never heard of that app. Right now I use one called “fat secret”. It was free and I was being cheap. It’s not too bad though IMO. Just curious about whatever the “cronometer” is all about compared to other ones.

How does “cronometer “ compare to say the fitness pal app or any of the other ones ? I’ve never heard of that one but it looks pretty interesting.
I like it more than My Fitness Pal, it has much more accurate seeming macros, and has a lot more items. Also, it's easier to use, if that makes sense. The interface is just "better".... Also, it's easier to plug in your stats and track where you're at.... I've used both, and always go back to Crono.
