We talk with WDR everyday, he’s just that kind of guy. He always wants to learn, and we like that. Some clients are less chatty, which is fine, too. Honestly, I prefer someone like WDR as he wants to know why we are doing what we are, and genuinely wants to learn (as we do, too). WDR has been cool to work with, everyday we are happier and happier with his heart and dedication. His physical body will be a testament to his iron will and work ethic. We’re just helping him along a bit.

Feeling good today brother i have adjusted to the food i think ... and im liking the new workout .... the pics don’t even do justice....... even local guys are noticing ... have a few asking me about ur program ...
Good to hear. I think we'll change the diet a BIT more for next week, but I'm happy with the changes. It's rad when people at the gym notice! That's how I know it's working.

Dude that is fantastic people are already noticing and you just started this! Looking great! Things can happen very quickly when your diet is dialed in, that’s for damn sure
