Shuddering at reverse curls. Probably the closest i've ever come to crying during a workout. Those were brutal for me.

I find that 2.5iu of BT is the perfect dose for me. When I go higher my hands go numb throughout the day and even worse when I sleep. Also one kit will last 60 days.

I hope this isn't taken in bad taste, however releasing our "secret sauce", so to speak, renders us fundamentally worthless in a few ways...
