No I don’t take it that way at all! I completely understand. A lot of what I’d like to know would fall under your secret sauce so no worries. I want to know specifically what he’s eating, timing of macro intake, how much of a calorie deficit, does the deficit stay the same each day, daily training session layouts in terms of exercises, rep schemes, 3 second descents, drop sets, supersets, iso holds and such. Specifically if and how he is mixing up his exercises too. Data to show his stength is increasing as his training and diet are coming on point. Gear dosing and manipulation to stay ahead of myostatin increasing. So I guess basically an inside look at what you’re doing but I know that shit ain’t for free ha
