What specifically would you like to see included in his log? Possibly these are not details that we are concerned about becoming public.... If you have questions, post them, and we'll answer them assuming they're appropriate.

I hope this isn't taken in bad taste, however releasing our "secret sauce", so to speak, renders us fundamentally worthless in a few ways...

No I don’t take it that way at all! I completely understand. A lot of what I’d like to know would fall under your secret sauce so no worries. I want to know specifically what he’s eating, timing of macro intake, how much of a calorie deficit, does the deficit stay the same each day, daily training session layouts in terms of exercises, rep schemes, 3 second descents, drop sets, supersets, iso holds and such. Specifically if and how he is mixing up his exercises too. Data to show his stength is increasing as his training and diet are coming on point. Gear dosing and manipulation to stay ahead of myostatin increasing. So I guess basically an inside look at what you’re doing but I know that shit ain’t for free ha

I would say your instincts are serving you well, as most of those details are what people are paying for :)

Keep in mind, even if I gave you the full layout, and all the details, they'd still be hardly applicable to YOU.... As the benefit of what we do is, it's catered to you specifically. You may be able to take a few pieces from it, but those tools may actually hinder your progress as they aren't catered towards your body, goals, etc.

I would like to say you are hitting on all good points of our layouts for each individual. We are very big on timing and food intake.

I recently have been off AAS and GH for a while now and have been maintaining with just food, timing and smart lifting. This is crucial in what we try to provide to our clients.

This is one of the most important concepts to me and am always searching for answers. Fuck man you guys have already sold me, I mean I’m already gonna hire you for my next blast, but after your and @Wunderpus last few comments I’m thinking maybe I should enlist your services for my 3 month cruise starting Monday.
 

Well i would say you are proof that atlas know their stuff. Of course its up to you to follow instructions and train your ass off, but seeing your fantastic results has me wanting to have atlas help me on my comeback after i can get this shoulder back ready to train.
Imagine how your gonna look after another month with them plus the gh you'll be adding in [emoji33]

Definitely we should do a bulk together ... and ty brother ..... iv learned a lot working with them
 
One of the biggest things iv learned / noticed is for a long time Iv wasted time and money .... 200 a mouth is nothing when ur throwing a ton of money at gear and shit when i should have spent it on a coach lesson learned ... never have i made changes like this in 3 weeks
 
Rest is a good thing brother. Especially for injuries. Not going to kill you to miss a week.

Funny just got done talking to a gym buddy and he told me the same thing. As much as it sucks to miss a workout, in the end its what i need, cant heal if i dont rest.
And going in to just do a short light WO always turns into a long hard WO. Just cant stop myself.

I would bet good money that if you were to force yourself to lift only three times a week for a couple months you would blow the fuck up.
