Weight Loss Cutting/Cycle

Looking good brother, I bet you feel way better without that much weight slowing you down. Much respect for the hardwork and consistency Sir.
 
Bit by bit. This week hit 212 (62 lbs lost) feeling good. Shifted my am/pm GH shots to a morning Bolus.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate the feedback. I feel like a totally different person. Life is so much better weight 62 pounds less.
 
Kicking ass man. I’m working on my own cut atm as well. Start 270 and down to 220 as of today, but I started in June haha. Not as impressive as you, but it works for me and it’s sustainable, Slow and steady. I’ve been on 300mg test c and cals at about 23-2400. By my guess, I’m probably just under 25% bf. Goal is 188-190 I think I should be 10-12% at that weight. Hoping to get there in the next 3 months before I turn 30. Got some Albuterol on the way to help me finish this shit off. I’m so sick of cutting hah! Will definitely stay posted here. Keep grinding brother.

You too! Sounds like you are on a roll! Keep it up! Albuterol works great so does Clen if you don’t mind the jitters. I have been doing so much cardio that I haven’t needed the Albuterol. In my opinion, not a researched fact, it’s good for a hundred extra calories of burning. Great work.

When you get sick of it is when the real results you want come if you stick to it.
 
The past couple of weeks have been pretty amazing. I am down 70lbs now and I tip the scale at 205. Here is the latest progress photo. I haven’t seen the outline of my abs in 20 years! Thank you for all of the encouragement. I really look forward to posting these photos. This forum has been amazing for me and my fitness Journey. Thank you.

You only lost a pound the last week?

Going getting tougher?
Definitely getting tougher. But that’s to be expected as I get lower in the body fat percentages. My target is 10% bodyfat. It appears that I have been converting a bit. I hired a coach who immediately upped my calories to 2200. We watch my body fat closely, I have lost quite a bit of fat in the last couple weeks. But only down 1lb of actual weight. But the difference over the past week in actual body fat has been pretty amazing.

What is your macros now? Any particular diet and workout changes with the coach?

Just want to say good job bud! I have been reading your journey and it helped me some. I will be starting my first cycle in a few days. I plan on cutting hard as well. 1 am 42 6'1 230 and about 24bf. I got some tirizepitide after reading your thread. Going to start out at 5mg week to see how it goes for appetite suppression. 125-150 test E twice a week for about 3 weeks then plan on throwing a low dose of anavar in for preworkout... gonna see how that goes if things go good might throw a little wistrol in toward the middle of Cycle.. arimidex on hand hopefully don't need it. Gonna try 1600 cal a day. To mention have lost 80l s in the last 2 years of working our and diet. Well lost the weight in the first year now been recomp for the last year. Anyway great job and thanks for sharing!

you are doing so well brother - keep at it. Have you considered adding in a day or two a week without food? I am talking about zero or very few cals. In my experience it has helped alot. You are getting to a point now where it will be increasingly hard to shave off bf, so it might help. Keep at it champion - very impressive

hey buddy - keep a close eye on your aromatisation at that bf. I learned the hard way that carrying extra bf is not ideal on cycle

I agree tremendous progress but this is not close to 15-17% bodyfat.

And just to be honest if you’re needing to use a glp-1 just to get into a healthy weight range, and you’re still on your way to accomplishing that, using tren should not be anywhere on your radar. You should be prioritizing re learning how to live a healthy lifestyle so that you don’t need to rely on a drug that stops your gastric emptying and kills your appetite in order to eat in a calorie deficit and follow a diet. Once you can adhere to a diet long term on your own, then maybe consider blasting more anabolics. Just my 0.02
i want to add my 2cents too - for plenty of folks (like me) when you are fat you feel like "i'm so out of shape that small changes wont help me". If you can use these modern day drugs to completely transform your body composition, then, onc eyou are back in shape, you might be more protective of your physique. I am saying that because it is my lived experience. I had previoulsy been in good shape, lost it, fell in a hole, then used semaglutide, DNP, tirzapetide, lcarnitine, hgh, mast e and test e - and now I am out of it. I will not be getting fat again.

FWIW DNP was unbelievably good at getting fat off my body. I found the sides to be pleasant for the most part. I am a big fan - but as usual, dont be an idiot with it
