Great progress, that's inspiring.
I could never last 9 weeks on 1200 cal. My wife would divorce me i would get fired from my job my boys would wana hang out with me lol.
Ur coach had u on the most severe cut I've seen or heard of for a man. I also lost 50 pounds slow and steady took about a year, I was 290ish now I'm 240ish but I did it so slow so my skin tightened up decently an no strech Marks. It's not healthy to lose over 2 pounds a week hopefully they had u keeping a eye on ur kidney's.
I was not using a coach for the first 60 lbs. I had a lot of fat to lose, 1200 calories is completely safe for dieting. In fact the "Ideal Protien diet program" is less than 1200 calories and Drs. prescribe the Ideal Protien Diet Program all the time. Fat % will determine a healthy trajectory of loss. My body fat was close to 40%. My waist went from 49 inches to 32 inches, no way to avoid the loose skin.
