Weight Loss Cutting/Cycle

Tell me about it.
I'm about to put chicken breast in the blender to make soup like the guy in the Giant GLP1 thread
Lots of other options for lean protein. Have you ever tried duck or duck eggs? They’re very good and a lot more moist than chicken breast. You can find them at any farmers markets or at least find information where to get them. I’m surrounded by Amish so I get mine all from my neighbors. Fresh beef by the side also much cheaper and so much better than beef you buy in the store. If you ever try it you’ll never eat store bought beef again. Salmon, tuna, or any other white fish is very good throw seasoning on it and stick it in the air fryer. I cook almost everything in my air fryer anymore

I eat a lot of fish too yeah. I have a problem with duck. Girl is Chinese, my city is like 70% Chinese, there's duck everywhere. I've eaten so much of it, it grosses me out now. Except Peking Duck, I can eat that all day

I love duck, how do you deal with the fat? I know duck has a lot more fat than chicken. I checked “duck breast” on nutritionix and it appears to have 13 grams of fat for 24 grams of protein. Does the air fryer help cook out the fat?

That's exactly my problem too. Can't deal with all the fat

Poke the skin all over with a fork then boil it for around 10 minutes. Don’t poke the meat.
 
Thank you Meso community for helping me get back into training, fitness and bodybuilding. Super excited to be working with Type-llx and truly appreciate this community for getting us together. We have been working together for the last 8 weeks, his training plan, nutrition and overall guidance has helped me achieve solid size and definition. Thank you.

Here is my update: today’s weight 199.6lbs (75lbs lost).

We have a lot of work to do! I am super excited with the progress and look forward to competing in June.

Thank you! It is truly special having Type-llx in my corner. We literally communicate every single day, every workout, every rep, everything that goes into my body, it is all analyzed and maximized. I am not a novice by any means, 20 years ago I was a personal trainer, 30 years ago I did my first bodybuilding show. After working with Type-llx I realized how much has changed and how little I know. He is a great coach!

1. You began dropping weight at an insane rate month What caused this? Is this when you dropped calories from 1800 to 1200?
2. You mentioned carb depletion affects loose skin, is this a long term consequence, or does elasticity bounce back after carbing up?
3. Why enclomophene? To boost test more? Why was that chosen instead of increasing test/mast?

Sidenote thank you and @Smashshit for quelling my fears about cardio and appetite. I realized I was just being lazy. Now that I’m doing it, I definitely see what you two mean by it killing appetite. I find that between lifting and cardio. Between cardio and lifting, I do find I’m unable to go as deep into extended fasts as before, but who cares. This is better for me anyways.

I was doing 90 minutes of fasted cardio every day. I would ride my bike to the gym every morning. Was eating about 1200 calories. I was also low carb and watched my ketones carefully. Every morning I did a blood test of my ketones. When my ketones got too high I would eat some carbs.

My Skin is tightening up nicely, it was short term. Also low carbs can make your skin loose.
3. Why enclomophene? To boost test more? Why was that chosen instead of increasing test/mast?
Enclomiphene is a good compound and pairs nicely with test for TRT. I dropped it after introducing Primo.

Cardio is great. Once you get it going it can be magical.

Once I got down to around 17% BF I hired TypeIIx as it was time to bring in a professional.
