Weight Loss Cutting/Cycle

Good progress. Reckon you're close to a true 10% yeah? How far do you plan on cutting?
So my coach and I are doing a few more weeks of training/ dieting probably till end of January. I have a trip planned for Xmas so we will take it easy for a couple weeks. Then get close to contest ready in January. Then we are focusing on a Physique/Classic contest in June. I am 48 so I will be competing as a master. Honestly never thought I would even consider competing again. Super excited.

I am pleased to report that after 9 weeks of cutting I have lost 54lbs. I am 5’9, starting weight 275 lbs. Current weight 220.6 lbs.

I train every day. Back/Bi, Chest/tri, Shoulders, Legs. Wake-up do 45-1.5 hrs cardio and lift—- fasted. First meal around noon.

Diet is 80-10-10. Protien, carbs, fat. Around 1200 calories a day.

Cycle,

2iu HGH, am and pm. (Omnitrope “pharma”)
200mg test C a week. Sat and Wed.
Enclomiphene 25 mg, 4 times a week.
200mg Primo E, a week. Sat and Wed.
Trizepitide

I weigh myself every day.
I have done countless cycles and am very experienced. Was a bodybuilder a long time ago.

I have not really lost too much muscle. Actually kept a lot more than I expected. I am right around 15% body fat.

I am thinking about switching up my compounds for the last 6 weeks of this cut. Goal is to get below 200lbs and be fairly defined.

I am tempted to switch to a Prop-Mast-TrenA stack along with 4iu HGH for last 6 weeks. I would pin every day and keep it to 150mgs a week for each compound.

Or should I move up 50 mg on the Primo and Test. And pin every other day. Keeping 4iu HGH and Enclomiphene as is.

I have anastrozol on hand. Thank you for your help and thoughts.
Why are you taking Enclomiphene on this cycle? It's completely waste of money and Enclo.

Woah, that sounds intense. Any pics from previous competitions?

Unfortunately I don’t, it was literally 30 years ago. I was a teen and got beat in both Men’s Middle Weight and Teen. Was an amazing experience though and I cant wait to do it again.

Are you planning to do anything about the excess skin or hoping it tightens up? I have a similar look, not quite as much excess skin but unsure if it will tighten up over time or what.

Wish I found this log earlier but I'll be following you going forward. I've previously 2000s) gone from 325lbs down to 185lbs and bulked up to about 205 so I know what a grind this is.

Over covid I had a kid and gained a good 80lbs and I've got much of that off now but dealing with the last stubborn bit amd trying to get in better shape than I was pre covid.

Congrats to you, you've done an amazing job.

I am hopeful it will tighten up over time. As well as I get a bit lower in BF it should be less of an issue. The rule of thumb seems to be that after significant weight loss it can take up to a year for the skin to tighten up.

That said, I would consider surgery if it doesn’t tighten up. But I doubt it will get that far. I am also fairly carb depleted and that can also affect the elasticity of skin.

Thank you very much. It is definitely a grind. I have found getting a coach was very beneficial. Typell-X has been my coach for over a month now it has been game changing for me. Highly recommend him.

Check with some local skin/spa treatment centers. Rich bitches have all kinds of good skin remedies.

Yesss. Get some sea kelp and gladiator sweat! Fix that shit right up.

In all seriousness though they do have some pretty “advanced” treatments. Whether it would help or not idk, may be snakenoil. My wife goes every once in a while and I’ve seen what they offer. It’s a lot more than just oils and lotions. Half the shit you wear safety glasses during haha

Hey buddy. I hear you and I understand. For the Tirz the dosing stars low and ramps up over a couple months. Just do the recommended dosage from Monjarno website. Also what helps a lot for appetite is cardio. Do 20 mins in the am and 20 mins in the pm. It helps a lot with appetite while you wait for the Tirz.
Really? I’ve been afraid to add cardio to my cut because I thought the extra calorie burn would give me ravenous hunger.

Dude I do fasted cardio a few days a week right now and I actually am less hungry afterwards than before. Not sure if has anything to do with th 2iu gh I take before cardio or what but nevertheless.

That quells my fears a lot, thank you! I’m going start my fasted cardio tomorrow, need to get in the routine before my gh comes in this week so I don’t end up wasting it.

If you're hungry, increase your protein macro using real food (not protein powder). There is only so much grilled chicken breast one stomach can hold before bursting.
