Did a lot of hamstring work, good focus on stretching the muscle and form. Wiped out, kinda feel like puking. Did a very light 5x5 low bar, around 60% max. Hip feels fine. Weatherman says snow for tonight, maybe 5 inches at worst
 
Back day today, did some deads. Didn't go heavy, 315 5x5, but did 10 reps on my last set. Rpe was low as fuck (like a 6) so I'm happy. It's a good place to start in my efforts to catch up to you fucks. I'm definitely back in the strength game for push and pull! That may be the superdrol talking though...
 
Chest yesterday, nothing impressive really. Worked up to a 315 in a 5x5. Solid but very pedestrian.

Hit back today and worked up to single a 495. Conservative as well, I'd say an rpe 8/8.5 Happy about that. FWIW I'm overhand with straps. I'm not going to fuck up these guns again Haha. I honestly never thought that I would think I could climb to 600 but it felt obtainable today.
 
Did some pulling today. Deads went pretty well. Worked back up to 495# and settled for 2 reps. I absoloutly had another in me but held back. I've been getting into amraps after all of my working sets so today I backed down to 315 for 15 before I called it a day with the heavy shit.

Feeling great. Good combination of vitamin "S" going on here. Pleased with the mtren. Food intake is good but could be better, both volume and quality. Water intake has been bad.
 
Got a good Guido pump going on, swole is the goal! I need to dial in my macros and get more water in me but things are good. Atlas put me in a good spot to continue building some real beef.

Some cool news on the personal front. I'm starting up another LLC (my first one crashed and burned) and will be consulting and contracting in my field. No rest for the wicked.
