Lol. My 135 looked like yours out of the bottom, but you had the strength to finish it at the top and I just couldn't budge it that last couple inches.

In all fairness, you probably have more muscle than I do in total LOL
So I'll pretend I finally beat you at ONE thing (My ego is fragile as being the weakest member of the PL crew)

I actually hit 145 but my back came off the wall
I'll try for 145 next week, dont qant to push the tendons too hard

I might be able to get 135 in the next couple days if I eat in a decent surplus. Lol. I don't think 145 will be there for me unless I practice for a bit so you definitely have me beat right now. Good job man. I'll start practicing and try to run it back. Lol

Bicep tendons hurt on this one at 120lbs, went to 130lb and tendons said not today. Will try again another day.



I tied cowboy. Made a jump to 135 after 120 because I thought 120 felt easy, but it was just a few pounds too much. (54" 30lbs bar)

That’s my 3 attempts for the day. 132 wasn’t happening, I’ll be back for 135 or so eventually. My Bw today was 221.5 in the am

All looked good to me, but can't view @Worf's videos for some reason.

I went to warm up curls yesterday, but I'm still having that forearm pain in my right arm and didn't attempt. I'm confident I had no chance anyway.
