What 100/150mgs and 250Test weekly can do Transformation.

Care to post your diet? Also, when you say cheat, do you mean like a single shitty meal? Like a meal from Johnny rockets or some shit, for example, haha. And did you eat less overall calories the days you cheated to stay at a deficit?

Also, why count fats and protein? I think I’d rather count carbs and protein

I dont follow a strict diet, I just fill my fridge with healthy stuff and cook everything myself. No frying ever just boiling, grill and vapor. Chicken, turkey, steak, veggies...the usual shit.
I follow the Harris Bennedict formula to count the cals I need to lose fat.
I count fats and proteins cuz I barely eat any carbs throughout my diets. Just oats in the morning and whatever carbs have some veggies like zuchini, avocados, pumpkin, cucumber...etc
And I didnt cheat on full days, just a couple meals a week.
My secret to dieting is always to stay a little hungry once you finish your meal. Never fill yourself up. Always stay hungry. Its a short cut i think, and it gives you room to eat more meals a day, thus activating even more your metabolism.
 
Just wanted to show what you can do with as little as 100 mgs of tren a week, since everybody is on tren and most of us dont know the dangers of this compound. You can still look good and be safe at the same time.
Note; towards the 150mgs of tren I wasnt dieting well. I was doing IIFYM.

Did you split the 100 mgs up or all in a single weekly shot?

YO también quería usar tren a dosis noas de 200 a la semana o incluso 100-150 con testo 400-500 que os parece?

Well he's probably not dead(disclaimer: he might be dead or not, I really have no idea, it's sort of a toss up at this point, a mystery so to speak). Good results, good job. Although you want to praise tren as I see it, you have to realize that your style of dieting be it IIFYM or whatever leads you to caloric deficit and sufficient enough protein intake it is enough to achieve results overtime.

Do steroids work? Damn sure they do, why else do you think "we are all on it" like you say in your OP. And yes we know more is not always better, so thanks for education and perhaps we all know some people will abuse anyways.

At the end of the day it's diet, training, genetics and only then steroids and drugs.

This is accurate. When I explain exogenous hormones I often have to dispel the myth that they in of themselves will build copious amounts of muscle on an inactive person.

We see this every day at the gym with lazy men and women who are on and make one wonder… Exactly what kind of body are you building? You are on enough gear to look like Lou but instead you look like Gru.

I proved this to my wife during an injury and stayed on blast 2 additional months. I retained muscle more than if off… but did not grow.

Exogenous hormones are a “key” to doors that are genetically locked at a certain point. Using prior to approaching maximum genetic potential at whatever age (greater muscle volume and density for young people than old) is a path of diminished return.

You still must have the dedication and tenacity to train and lift consistently and with intensity. Even more so for those that want to re-comp as Diet becomes critical in losing weight.

Hormones will not in of themselves in healthy adults, result in miracle pill growth.
