Care to post your diet? Also, when you say cheat, do you mean like a single shitty meal? Like a meal from Johnny rockets or some shit, for example, haha. And did you eat less overall calories the days you cheated to stay at a deficit?
Also, why count fats and protein? I think I’d rather count carbs and protein
I dont follow a strict diet, I just fill my fridge with healthy stuff and cook everything myself. No frying ever just boiling, grill and vapor. Chicken, turkey, steak, veggies...the usual shit.
I follow the Harris Bennedict formula to count the cals I need to lose fat.
I count fats and proteins cuz I barely eat any carbs throughout my diets. Just oats in the morning and whatever carbs have some veggies like zuchini, avocados, pumpkin, cucumber...etc
And I didnt cheat on full days, just a couple meals a week.
My secret to dieting is always to stay a little hungry once you finish your meal. Never fill yourself up. Always stay hungry. Its a short cut i think, and it gives you room to eat more meals a day, thus activating even more your metabolism.
