I dotn fuck with glutes anymore after one too many bad experiences.
Because I’m a fucking baboon. Cant reach… “here’s good enough” 2 seconds later on the floor because I hit nerve. One time pulled out and blood shot across the room. I’m not squeamish but it scared the shit out of me at the time. And one time I had bad gear or just bad luck and it got what felt like a softball sized lump in my ass. Rolled over in my sleep and felt it burst. Next morning whole cheek was bruised. That one’s mostly on me but I haven’t injected there since. That was probably 2012. I feel like I’m more in control with quads and they’re big enough I can move around a bit. Also not contorting myself like a retired obese gymnastHow can you fuck up glutes?

@Eddie.Guys i just switched to IM over subc shots and i need some help. I use 29G half inch exclusively so no glutes, VG and lats for now. Also i'm going to avoid quads and arms.
I'm doing 0,54ml every other day and so far i did one shot left side delt and one right. 2 days after and i have some slight discomfort due to virgin muscle i guess.
What's your opinion for rear delts? Will be ok to shoot this amount for a first time since it's a relatively small muscle? I was thinking to rotate between side delts, chest and rear delts, 6 spots so each spot every 12 days. Is it good?
Would be better to try traps instead of rear delts?

Anywhere in from nipple and up an inch or 2 for each pec. Can’t go wrong.
