What Are You Training Today?

Back and bis.

Started with rack pulls and hit 405 just fine as usual. Didn't want to go much heavier as I was planning on grueling workout after my slower paced rack pulls, so just added 25 per side.

First rep, BAM shooting pain in my lower back. Fuck man I had to stay bent over and act like I was stretching because I literally couldn't stand up lol. Desperately need to order my belt soon.

Getting old sucks.

I know you didn't bud, but I've been feeling guilty ever since I said this in the first place. On a few occasions I was going to post up proof so people that don't know me wouldn't think in just an instigator, but I was hoping it would just kind of die out.
I really like @Oregonstrong. Talked with him many many times and he's given me a TON of help with various topics especially nutrition info.
 
First day back in the gym since hurting my back the other day. Still feels a little sore but exponentially better than the past few days. Hitting chest and bis today and just figured I would do all light to medium weight and hit a lot of machines so I'm not picking up a lot of dbs and unracking weight etc.

Sucks because I'm doing a mini cut and always liked to lift heavy as possible on cuts to maintain what I have.
 
Holy fuck Dan Brown is the devil..Just fininshed my session today with thirty rep set of barbell squat at 225.
