Today is a legs day, but in contrast to other people i love to train legs
Hitting legs today, never have to worry about waiting for the squat rack at my new gym as sadly everybody squats on the smith there
Traveling (and taking a week's vacation off from work) so been hitting the hotel gyms along the way As this is my deload week I just been riding the stationary bikes or on the treadmills.
De-load day for me on squats. Squats are cruising, i'm just trying to to screw up deadlift day(Friday). Funny how the lift i keep cruising on seems to be blowing up and the one i am trying to push just isn't having it.
Back and biceps today
Tbar row 5x 15,10,8,8,6, dropset
Weighted pull ups 5x 6-8 w/ 25 pound plate
Cable Row 5 sets 10-15
Lat Pulldowns 5x 20,15,12,10,6
Meadows row 4 sets of 8 reps
Bb curl 4x 20,10-15, 8-12, 6-8
Rope cable curl 3x as many as I can
One arm hammer curl 4x 10 each arm
Straight bar cable curl 3x 8-12
