What did you inject today?

I really am having myself a blast this time around. I think our conversations here last week helped clear my head and my focus a bit. I got so tunnel visioned and when things appeared to be going sideways on me it pissed me off and killed my morale. Gonna keep getting after it leading up to Thanksgiving before I take a break, and I plan to do as much damage between now and then as possible.

Can’t wait for all the inevitable questions from family over thanksgiving regarding if I use gear or not. I always love those, plus we are hosting this year at our place, so should be interesting.
You obviously just increased your carbs and changed your workout routine around, right? Started taking creatine? Clearly!

I think you hit on something really important: fun. If it's not fun, less likely to adhere and be consistent, less likely to make progress, etc. There is a balance to strike between fun and optimization. @Eddie. touched on it - this is a marathon, and it's very true.

Did increase carbs on my newest meal prep (will post soon) adding in both beans and rice. Creatine I am mixing in with shakes and I added in some raw honey to the shakes too which kicks things up a notch. Fattier cuts of meat like brisket is easier to eat more of too, unlike pork loin, flank steak, etc.

I am not perfect, but I give myself a solid B or maybe B- in terms of pushing food. This is the hardest I have pushed food in my tenure in this gig to date. Definitely a steep learning curve

Well, i metabolise test strongly to e2 and have never been able to handle much,

For me EQ is just an enhanced test (without increasing my e2),

In your opinion I would just take as much test as u can tolerate with 25mg aromasin(exemestan) a day.

You can also try Primo.

My Deca is just for my hip inflammation. I don't want to run into high E2 and prolactin issues. Later on I will take more test and ASIN.

I will also switch manufacturers of mast/EQ to make sure they are not fake.
Oh I understand, and it makes sense .. appreciate your answer!

That was a joke about upping your carbs and adding creatine to tell your family instead of telling them you're on gear, lol.

But yeah, your additions to the new meal prep make sense to me. The only thing I will mention is that beans fuck my digestion up. Like badly. Terrible bloating, reflux, etc. Something to keep an eye on if you notice your digestion going to shit.

Wholeheartedly agree with the fattier cuts of meat easier to eat and then also more calorie dense. You're such a hard gainer you really need that.

Give yourself a little more credit than that, bro. B+, no lower, imo. It's something you'll also just get better at with time and practice, and you'll figure out exactly the formula that works for you.

Thanks man! I appreciate that. Here js one of my new preps. It’s chilled at preeent. Just took it out of the fridge for the pic so I’m sure it’s not too appetizing looking, but that is starting to matter less and less to me. The large 52 oz containers does make it easy to pack volume

Full pound and change of brisket, along with rice, pinto beans, green beans and peas.

Thanks homey. Not exactly gourmet but it gets the job done. I cooked up a 16 pound brisket, so it's going to be my protein source for dinners and lunches for quite awhile.

I have been adding a whole avocado with dinners too so I can get a nice blast of additional healthy fats in the mix.

I’ve used Factor meal delivery service for probably half the year for 3-4 years now. It’s delicious but I’m not trying to eat super clean.

They have several categories like keto or low cal, etc…

I think I typically pay around $11 per meal when you factor in everything over a year. It’s delicious and easy.
I have a heater bag that plugs into an outlet and I can heat my meals in one hour in that bag when powering with an 18v Ryobi inverter or straight into the wall 110v

I’ve actually never heard of that brand you posted about but it looks like slightly more flavorful bodybuilding food. And can’t beat the ease and time saved by using a meal delivery service.

This WAS such a good thread.

Flattering, and coming from my favorite member. But seriously I'll wife you up if you don't cut it out

No gratuitous "flattery"coming from me, not to you, nor to anyone else.
You know that by now.
I only say it like it is.
And every word there is 100% the case.
You are a million miles away from most people here, in your attitude, behaviour and character.
Kudos to you, my friend.
