Quick bulk related update bros, which I was going to update this morning but I got captivated reading a couple of unhinged members in threads and it slipped my mind.
So weight this AM is up to 188.4, so maybe I was being overly defeatist too soon about my current bulk plan. I am totally going to revamp all for my next cycle, and I deeply appreciate all the feedback, especially from
@Eddie. and
@Trenbolonetax but it's still highly encouraging to see the scale ticking upwards a bit. I will continue to monitor my weight and check in here with any significant changes.
Still have not managed to bring myself to cut off 2 a days. Old habits die hard, and I am not exactly sure how I am going to plan my workouts with an hour less time on my hands, but I'll figure it out and execute it soon enough.
On the positive side, I am feeling amazing this cycle. I feel full, hard, perma pumped and super strong. The other regulars at the gym are taking notice. It's like it's seemingly almost impossible for me to get tired. The bad part is I am pouring sweat like a whore in church while working out, almost to an embarrassing degree. 2-3 showers per day rotation right now.
