Depends on the movement and the day, but
to the point I’m sure you are getting at, yes, I like my reps.

Though I throw some diversity in fairly often, so failure sets, amraps, widow makers, supersets.

I like my reps too, and also it totally depends for me as well. Was really just more of a curiosity question lol
 
They are real. They work better to maintain existing fertility rather than regain while on gear.

I posted about my fertility journey in a thread somewhere on this forum if you go back very early in my post history.

More on cycle bloodwork heading out for analysis today. So cholesterol, CRP, Cortisol, Kidney, micronutrient, thyroid, Test, FAI, SHBG and Estradiol.

Much of it was covered via UHC, my insurance provider, the others were given at reduced costs since it was ordered by my PCP.

So I was only out 48 bucks out of pocket.
I get all my bloods for cheap from my dr Mabe $15 or $25 copay but I don’t want them seeing my test and estrogen numbers.
 
Thanks for the answer. Honest question here, if my maths are right this is 1g EQ, 1g Mast, then Test and Deca 5-6 times below the other compunds. What's the goal on this kind of dosage, I always see a higher Test than anything else. If you could educate me on that, I'm looking to use Mast and/or EQ in the future and I wanna know more. Thanks!
 
Quick bulk related update bros, which I was going to update this morning but I got captivated reading a couple of unhinged members in threads and it slipped my mind.

So weight this AM is up to 188.4, so maybe I was being overly defeatist too soon about my current bulk plan. I am totally going to revamp all for my next cycle, and I deeply appreciate all the feedback, especially from @Eddie. and @Trenbolonetax but it's still highly encouraging to see the scale ticking upwards a bit. I will continue to monitor my weight and check in here with any significant changes.

Still have not managed to bring myself to cut off 2 a days. Old habits die hard, and I am not exactly sure how I am going to plan my workouts with an hour less time on my hands, but I'll figure it out and execute it soon enough.

On the positive side, I am feeling amazing this cycle. I feel full, hard, perma pumped and super strong. The other regulars at the gym are taking notice. It's like it's seemingly almost impossible for me to get tired. The bad part is I am pouring sweat like a whore in church while working out, almost to an embarrassing degree. 2-3 showers per day rotation right now.

Nah but srs, good shit dude nice avatar update! If you’re married to 2 a days, then maybe I could understand your programming a bit better and if possible, tweak it slightly to work “more rest” into things.

Lower abdominals remain the bane of my existence. Always been a problem for me.

Modifying my workout I am slowly planning out. Got it all on an excel spreadsheet. It's just cutting out movements, reducing sets, modifying weight, is hard for me mentally. I am a creature of habit to a fault. But just being real I can totally get done what needs to be done in an hour. I am just being a big baby about it.

Well, i metabolise test strongly to e2 and have never been able to handle much,


For me EQ is just an enhanced test (without increasing my e2),


In your opinion I would just take as much test as u can tolerate with 25mg aromasin(exemestan) a day.


You can also try Primo.

My Deca is just for my hip inflammation. I don't want to run into high E2 and prolactin issues. Later on I will take more test and ASIN.

I will also switch manufacturers of mast/EQ to make sure they are not fake.

Awesome dude, we all must remember this is a marathon and not a sprint. I'm kinda in the same place, based on the goals i've set now i had to weigh more but unfortunately it didn't happen. It's the first time i try to bulk with clean food and gear and holy shit, today i had 780gr carbs, 300 protein and 80 fats and all that food it does only so little to my body. There's 2 options, first is raise the food and stretch the off season further if my bloods look good from gear or go to cruise, go to a cut for the summer and next off season start with 1000gr carbs out of the gate lol.

Don't be dissapointed and definitely don't get too attached to what was your goal. I mean, of course do the work, strive, but don't forget to enjoy the ride too and it seems you're enjoying it. That's what matters the most for me, and i do enjoy my time too despite things are not going 100% as i was planning. Me being in the gym, feeling pumped and looking swole (for my standards) is the best thing. If someone (like God lol) told me i could wake up tomorrow with cbum body but can't train again i wouldn't take it, i prefer being a mediocre doing what i love instead of looking like a demigod and do nothing.

I really am having myself a blast this time around. I think our conversations here last week helped clear my head and my focus a bit. I got so tunnel visioned and when things appeared to be going sideways on me it pissed me off and killed my morale. Gonna keep getting after it leading up to Thanksgiving before I take a break, and I plan to do as much damage between now and then as possible.

Can’t wait for all the inevitable questions from family over thanksgiving regarding if I use gear or not. I always love those, plus we are hosting this year at our place, so should be interesting.
