No it was not objective advice there was a lot of assumptions and he was rude, so guess what I was rude back. No one is above that, no matter how "respected" they are on some internet forum. Or how much weight they lift. Don't get "pissy" about it, just get over it. And everyone is misinterpreting what I say just like you. I never said "I eat when I'm hungry" I eat 6 meals per day, every 3 hours. I eat MORE if I have an extra physical day at work, make sense? Because that would make me MORE HUNGRY. If I had to literally spell everything out so people can't make any assumptions the post would be 5 pages long... People can think what they want, I never asked for advice. Just letting people know regardless of what they think, it worked for me. No, not forever obviously. Is it the most DYNAMITE routine ever? No. Did I say it was and everyone should do it? No, but I gained a lot and was sharing that fact. I thought it was interesting. Worked way better than the typical bro split that's for damn sure. My cycle WAS thought out, you might not like it, they might not like it, but hey I don't care. My natty test is 640 and 250mg/wk more than doubled that level. I wanted to see, for myself, how much difference that would make before I bumped it to the typical 500mg 1st cycle. The steroid culture is not a regulated thing, bro. I don't need approval from anyone to tell me, "okay you can use illegal steroids now, we approve of your use of this controlled substance. But only use them at this dose because we have this anecdotal evidence so we are the authority on what you can and can't do " and honestly you and so many others have misinterpreted so much of what I said that I don't have the time to try to correct everyone, it's a lost cause.
