what do you think of my unorthodox training style

It's funny because at the OP you said that you knew you were going to get roasted, then you did and got mad about it for people pointing out your bull crap training program. To me, it seems retarded to have wasted years on researching gear when it's clear that you have not a freaking clue regarding proper training or nutrition. The only answer that fits this thread is to go and read some books make your own research and go back to the drawing board with both training and nutrition. Then make an actual post with your new training program for us to judge until then it's just a waste of time consulting you through here.

I am stuck at the same weight for the same amount of reps.

No you aren't. You're choosing to stay at a comfortable weight and rep range. I've seen it time and time again.

Either bang out a few extra reps or increase the weight and do a few less reps until you can work up to your original rep goal with the new weight.

You need some sort of overload worked into your program or you're spinning your wheels.

Lmmfao. It's sad but I see more people walking around the gym with the deer in the headlights look every day. They go to a bench put 1 plate do 8 or 10 reps get up grab a dumbbell that us way too heavy do a few "arm curls" with momentum then go to the cable machine and try all kinda crazy "exercises". They all know it all they all used to bench 315 but first some reason quit the gym. There is no use trying to tell them their "program" sucks because then they would have to admit to themselves mostly that they never were what they imagined.

And they look exactly the same month after month and lift exactly the same weights. It's mind boggling with how easily accessible information is on the internet.

Sounds like the OP need to read Starting Strength. Best advice I can give him. And I hope he properly quit the gear. If he doesn't understand progressive overload and perodization he deffinatly dont understand PCT and importance of blood levels

Lol ah shut up you loser get a life before you just start spreading negativity on the internet. You guessed wrong. I do weigh out absolutely everything on a scale and measuring cups. And yes those macros are accurate. But you wouldn't know that. And that is exactly how I planned the cycle, I wanted to see how 250mg would affect my body before going on the typical 500mg. I've spent years learning about gear, but I don't have to prove anything to some guy on a forum. By the way I did gain a lot of strength and muscle doing this with yes some fat as well. I never asked for advice. The purpose of this post was just to see if anyone else has done a similar routine and your contribution really added nothing but negativity. .

You added 5% body fat.

Clearly have no fucking clue with regard to actually training / programming, and aren't making shit for progress.

Lay off the gear and learn how to fucking train first. Work isn't an excuse.

I juggled two full time jobs, BJJ/MT/B, and a full program daily for years. If you want results, figure it the fuck out.

If you want something for nothing, get on the government dole. You'll have way better luck.
