What is the worst thing you did as a beginner to AAS ?

As the title suggests, any major fuck ups or facepalms you’ve made while looking back?

My story:

I used to think you had to inject the glute a different way then you’re supposed to.
(NOTE: this was ages ago)

Basically I injected and pulled out the needle while injecting to “move the liquid around and right before I took it out (the tip of the needle) was the last drop of test. I’m sure you can imagine the pip.

80mg/ml, about 50ml worth. Took way too much, had "the cough" more than once, coughed hard enough to pop a vessel in my eye (looked kinda cool).

Didn't stop me from having a buddy brew me more tren from fina carts at a more reasonable 50mg/ml. Just constantly sweaty and vascular.

Too much gear. I was a victim of having legit pharma gear for cheap, think Bayer Testoviron 250mg/ml for $3.
First cycle was 1 amp per day. E2 wrecked havoc my body (no widespread knowledge as now, Dan Duchaine was THE expert on stuff)

Then after having access to even cheeper gear due to homebrewing I was on any shit I could think of again no proper knowledge of cycling and e2 management.

Thank God I focused on my uni studies and work and left the scene for a couple of decades.

The only negative that stuck was destroyed htpa with hypogonadism leaving me.on self prescribed trt for the past 2+ decades.

Yeah, I know how that bad shit feels like...

I had no clue when acne hit me during puberty, I developed nasty cysts and later scars. Only after a year by doing my own research I decided to blast it away with roaccutane, isotretinoin cured me forever.

Even now taking a lot of steroids has mild effect on acne, if I break out a bit too much, I take very low doses like 20mg/day for a month and I'm good for at least half a year to a year. Worth it for me, regardless if it has minor effect on health or not. Better to walk acne free than to suffer.

my first real cycle and worst ever before I knew what I was doing , typical test decca dbol, I got strong as heck but got fat and pimply and endema like a mother.

I though it was gana be bad I freaked out and went to the optometrist and they said its perfectly normal, it can happen caughing sneezing or over exerting on the toilet or lifting, I had never seen it before basically all the white in one eye was red, but they did say it can be bad if the blood moves into the color part of ur eye or pupil. Some freaks at my gym seen an after I told them how I did it they were like hell yea ! Lol but eye fully recovered after 3-4 weeks, only told put eye drops in if bothered me. My first day. back at work after they wanted to send me home I had to give them a dr note. It looked pretty crazy.
