This is not personal against you dumbbellpress i could've quoted many other post...Sounds like a bunch of fucking cop out men to me. look at my post again. i did not write 'you don't think' about those things. i wrote 'you don't make the distinction' between those things. big difference. if you think about them how can you not have them factor in to your decisions? by thinking about and not making the distinction you are akin to the catholic church that knows that sexual abuse is taking place but turning its head the other way because the priest is a holy man. oh yeah, he's a boy rapist too but we don't categorize... please.

Chip, I understood your first post, again it makes no differance to me if the women got pregnant by choice, or by rape. Life is life. If someone raped my wife and she got pregnant, i would have her keep the child. It is not the childs, nor my wife's fault she got raped. So the child is the one to pay with death?

If nothing else, if a woman is raped she can just put the child up for adoption. I know it would be a constant reminder for the woman, but I think it is better than abortion. Much better. Just my two cents.

yes, i was thinking that too, but if she didn't want to even be pregnant with the baby of a rapist ... sometimes, even though you believe one thing, when something really tragic happens it could be a different story ... but the only way to have that option would be thru pro-choice. just my opinion though.

Every single life started on this earth has a purpose....and you will have to answer for snuffing out that light. I understand that in certain situations a person may not be able to keep a child but.......that child would be loved by someone!!I am in Pediatrics and work with children with all sorts of disabilities and yes have seen first hand the outcome of what incest can do to a child(deformities ect...) Some of those children have touched more lives than anyone on this board will ever hope to.They have a right to live....take a walk thru a children's home and see who cares that their mother gave them up......most don't know that and never will. They are just trying to make an impact in life like we all should be. They are laughing, smiling, playing and touching hearts....Gods beautiful little tools.Is a little suffering on your part or the mom's more important than anothers life......NO!!!
