What Pisses me off Page

Thiefs piss me off, shed got broken into and they stole 50thousand worth of mountain bikes skis snowboards and my trekking gear basically everything I had to my name is gone now except my squat rack, barbell and car. Insurance said they are going to cover $5000 dollars because it was a shed with only a single deadbolt lock and the bikes didn't have a chain on it just cable locks. So ya starting from square fucking 1 again, no more buying lifting gear cause I've now got to replace everything in my life that brought me joy outside of the gym.

Holy shit man. This is extremely fucked up. I'm sorry to hear this, man. Thieves are some of the lowest scum there is. I can't stand mother fuckers that will take what another man has worked his ass off for just because they are too lazy to work for it themselves.

To be honest this pissed me off just reading it! I've thought about this numerous times now since you posted and it is pissing me off more and more. Again I'm sorry to here this bud!
 
Thanks guys. @Seven Dog by shed I mean a 14x20' foot 2x6" constructed building it is a mansion of a backyard tool shed I had it deadbolted it has electricity for lighting and interior locks for my bikes and skis because they carry significant value but insurance is saying the door lock was insufficient for the value that was in there but it is more rugged then what you use to keep your house doors locked and insurance is saying because there was electricity for lighting I should have had an alarm system set up in there and because I didn't the negligence on my part means I don't get full value of anything. The money that they will give me will be enough to replace one set of skis and rescue equipment so I can still do my winter job that's about it. It's rough took5 years of work to accumulate all that

Damn insurance companies sound harsh up there. Fucking assholes. With all the gadgets you have I'd thought you may have a way to track all the stolen stuff. RFID or something. That would be bad ass!!

They won't be able to sell any of the bikes as is or whole, the entire bike comunity in western Canada would know they are my bikes and now I've made posts on the respected sites about them being stolen so they won't be getting full value and if they strip it down and sell it for parts I have all serial numbers so when I see an ad come up I'll go and try to "buy" it from them and if the serial numbers match I'll be gathering all my things from them then. I don't think I've ever been so incredibly outraged in my life but they literally stole what makes me happy in life and stripped me of years of hard work. Police aren't doing shit didn't even send a car out to check things just took statement on the phone and insurance is fucking me so if I do find the parts being sold it'll be me alone to get everything back. I'll probably bring a friend so I show a bit of restraint though.

Man I'm sorry to hear that. Years ago I read an article that was showing insurance companies tell customers certain things are not covered if "x" didn't happen, like your cable locks, not chain locks. The story was to get customers to have their insurance company show you where your policy states a reduction in coverage for their reasons given. There were several law suits cited that found customers were wrongly represented and was given the rest of their money. There was a movie based on a true story regarding life insurance and the insurance company denying claims with no reasonable facts. They were ordered to pay millions of dollars. FWIW and sorry again about this man!!! SMH

Thief's are one of the lowest forms of scum on planet earth, and rt behind them is the fucking insurance companies. They will do ANYTHING to get out of paying you what you deserve.

Dude that sucks dinosaur balls. I remember getting my stereo stolen one time and I didn't have no where near as much money in that as you do all that stuff. If I ever found out who did it I bet they would never steal again because I'd beat them within an inch of their life. Good luck on getting it back and hopefully they find them shitbags.

Yep totally concur...got to keep it as spotless as possible. Congrats on your new car purchase. I myself got a 2016 Corolla and kept it looking new.
