Dont know about Ford or Chevy, but i love my Dodge cummins. 10 years old runs like a champ. Never had to use the warranty cause it never broke down. Recently ( bout a year ago) had to replace an injector, and last week had a plastic part on my 4wd shifter break and had it replaced for 20$. Im really lucky because the guy that works on my truck is a diesel mech at Dodge. Went to school with him and he lives 2 miles from my house and works on my truck for 50$ an hour, which i am more than happy to pay especially when you consider what Dodge charges.

Every manufacturer has it's own little pieces of shit. Dodge has the Cummins and the hemi going for it but the 4.7 was a piece of shit. Right now with gm you can still buy a 3/4 ton truck with a 6.0 non direct injection and a manual transfer case but everything else and I do mean everything is absolute garbage. Ford gets a home run on its new 5.0 and the massaging seats are also bad ass.

With gear being dirt cheap, it's mind boggling how someone would trade in their reputation for a cycles worth of gear.
Outright scamming, offering favorable reviews, requesting discounts, it's pathetic, really.
Maybe i'm old school or just too honest, but if i can't outright afford it, i don't use it. Plain and simple.
