Alright I'm back with a little teaser..

Homemade brown sugar turkey pattie, with smoked gouda and roasted garlic sauce. And bloody Mary brussel sprouts!

For those bad boys I bake them for 40 min with salt and pepper, also garlic salt.

Sautee with vodka <gotta taste to make sure it's good lol>, pepporchini juice, dimitris mix

Serve up!
oh and I'm doing some Ogh shit and cottage cheese it up!

Sure.

take your chicken breast and cut it up into whatever sizes you want. for the seasoning I use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curdamon (spelling?), and paprika to taste. Cover the chicken with flour and then dip them into a whisked egg and milk mixture. instead of bread crumbs i use crushed up ritz crackers or corn flakes. Place them in a pyrex dish and lightly coat them with extra virgin olive oil. Place in the oven at 375 for about 30-40 min depending on how thick they're cut and flip over half way through. Voila!

Had grilled pork chop tonight but the best part was the Brussels sprout dish my wife made. I don't even like b sprouts but she made them with squash and bacon and sautéed them in bacon grease with roasted chestnuts and sage. She tossed it with a light vinaigrette. Damn I'm a fan b sprouts now. Everything tastes better with bacon!
 
I'm salivating hard now... Going to go for a homemade pizza with ricotta cheese, whole wheat pita base, peeled tomatoes reduced in the pan and some lean turkey grilled before and chunked on top. All going into the broiler. :F
