Great post. Been reading through.
1/2 cup frozen shredded potato (not fried.. Just potato)
1/4 onion
1bsp Olive oil to cook them up
Cook for a bit and add one carton egg beater
Pinch of cheese
Shitload of Hot sauce
Cooked it all up into a yummy slurry

I bought six tubs of cottage cheese last night and a shit load of Mandarin oranges. Three doses of this per day ought to keep a steady level of casien protein in my blood. :)
 
I go thru a 5lb container every week , its the one food I can always count on . Its stupid to buy expensive Casein protein powder when cottage cheese is the source , and cheap too . 22gms protein per cup . ~Ogh
I had no idea that cottage cheese could replace casein protein. I eat about 2 3lb containers a week as well.

Cottage cheese IS casein protein , as is milk & cheese. ;)

Want cheap protein powder ? Just buy non-fat dry milk powder, its concentrated casein powder .
When I was in bush Alaska 2 months ago , I didnt have protein powder and the local store didnt stock it so I bought a big container of non-fat dry milk and a can of Quik chocolate powder .
Mix those 2 together and throw in a couple chilled boiled eggs in a blender and Voila! High grade protein drink . For alot less than the price of ON or Syntha-6. The supplement market is over-rated and overpriced . I do buy protein powder but only as a change to my usual protein sources. ~Ogh
