Stone just to add you're going to want fats in your diet if your off cycle. When I'm off cycle I try to eat high fat low carbs to maximize my natural test level.
yeah i hear u there, I am sure i still get enough fat intake from the meat and 3% milk but i do like to limit the grease...this past summer I am pretty sure I ate enough McDoubles to kill a normal man lol...oh the joys of being a contractor working 14hrs a day on the road. I am currently on cycle so even though I got mast and tren running I am trying to limit the amount of fat intake while keeping lots of protein going through my system consistently throughout the day. I will take ur advice though when it comes time to get the boys pumping again though
