What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Stone just to add you're going to want fats in your diet if your off cycle. When I'm off cycle I try to eat high fat low carbs to maximize my natural test level.

yeah i hear u there, I am sure i still get enough fat intake from the meat and 3% milk but i do like to limit the grease...this past summer I am pretty sure I ate enough McDoubles to kill a normal man lol...oh the joys of being a contractor working 14hrs a day on the road. I am currently on cycle so even though I got mast and tren running I am trying to limit the amount of fat intake while keeping lots of protein going through my system consistently throughout the day. I will take ur advice though when it comes time to get the boys pumping again though :)
 
Tonight, I feel I had to do my duties and not puss out and fill my belly.

but that's ok cos today I hit a personal best of 600 lb leg press! 5 times. Pretty happy about that
 
I know , Ive skimped on post's lately , kind of been eating plain food with nothing much to talk about . Wheres Beanz at with his exotic cuisine ?? That guy needs to open his own restaurant , seriously. ~Ogh
Me too OGH. My diet is so plain, boring, and consistent all I would talk about are the same meals day after day. I do like to switch it up every once in a while though for example my breakfast meal for one of my other meals .......

I think to be successful at BB you got to be able to shovel large amounts of protein foods down on a day-to-day basis . Thats where guys mess up , they lift the weights , take the shots , pop the pills , then slack off eating .

Or they eat Big Macs or pizza all day and wash it down with a few protein shakes and think thats it . Thats not it , you got to eat the eggs , the cottage cheese and the lean meats too. And lots of it...~Ogh
