What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I had the saltiest gravy yesterday, I could feel my pulse in my ears all afternoon. Of course all the turkey, sweet potatoes, and baked blue cheese butternut squash didn't help.
I made sure I was licked when I got to the table tho, did legs before dinner.
 
Killed the food yesterday as well brothers. Feasted on all the usual thanksgiving meals all day and finished with desert at each meal. Had a a piece of cheesecake, apple pie, and pumpkin pie! And to top it all off the Seahawks crushed the Niners! Sounds like everyone had a great thanksgiving.
 
i currently, am for female , eat i think a whole lot, but maybe not. i eat curry 3x a day, with tofu , curucumin and garlic on just babout everythinig. i also eat about 2100 calories a day and do the two meal in afternoon , one meal at night. only cofee and a protein shake in morning. i also eat salmon grilled, and some fruit and nut pastry once in a while. doess anyone have any other sugestion ofr me?

Welcome! Well fats aren't bad for you, neither are carbs really. It's just most always over do it. I'm a huge advocate for carb cycling and HIIT training. Helped me a ton.

Set out a regiment. And stick to it! The results will show. But you should be eating at least 5 times a day, let your metabolism work with you.
 
Ok how about ground chicken breast? I'm getting creative now

Added some spices to it before grinding. Then diced red onion, 3 colors of bell peppers, salt/pepper and cooked it up.
