Yep -its not very pretty to look at , but if your bulking and need mega protein/carbs it works cheaply.....(Ive made myself so sick of eggs I cant look at one ,lol) ~Ogh

Even worse I had McDonalds for breakfast, but I tried to do the best I could with an egg white mc muffin. But you know what, it was delicious!! But that's enough of that crap
 
Oh man, I LOVE egg white mc muffins. Not gonna lie. Even fish filets! Every once in awhile I get it. Usually when I'm hung over lol.

That may be my breakfast tomorrow. Homemade of course
 
My daily diet consists of a Begal w/cream cheese, piece of fruit and protein shake for breakfast (I cannot eat eggs do to psychological reasons from being force fed them by a babysitter when a child) Then i go work out. After workout i slam back another protein shake. For lunches I either eat 2 Angus beef steaks or @ boneless skinless chicken breasts with chopped potatoes with added garlic and onion. between lunch and dinner I slam back another protein shake and snack on veggies and/or beef jerky. For dinner i either eat 2 Angus beef steaks or 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (i switch it up daily opposite of my lunch) and I eat another helping of roasted potatoes with garlic and onion and also throw some Brussel sprouts and carrots into the mix. Around 7pm I slam back another protein shake to help get me through the night. I tend not to eat any pork throughout the week and keep my cheat day for Sundays when i go for breakfast and eat bacon, sausage, ham, 3 pancakes and home fries for breakfast but i stick to my regular lunch and dinner schedules. Daily I also take a multi vitamin for men, bobs best coral calcium, omega 3/6, vitamin D and for support i take Milk thistle daily(liver) and I take ginko biloba(mind) as it help oxidize your brain.

I cook all my meats on a George foreman grill as its perfect for the bachelor lifestyle and also limits the fat intake from the meats.
 
Welcome Stonemason - yep its hard bodybuilding without eggs , but it can be done ....I'll be back eating them soon , just need a small break .

As far as McD"s , I think the Egg white delites McMuffins are gtg , one of the best things they've come out with in a longtime . I still get the Big Breakfast when Im really hungry and on the road . ~Ogh
 
Stone just to add you're going to want fats in your diet if your off cycle. When I'm off cycle I try to eat high fat low carbs to maximize my natural test level.
