What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Sweebeanz turkey meatball/pattie recipe:

fresh ground turkey <however much you desire>
sea salt.
ground black pepper.
brown sugar.
liquid smoke flavor. <this is my secret but I love meso, so your welcome!>
panko crumbs.
2 eggs.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mash together like a cave man. Now to taste flavor, make a mini slider pattie, fry it, then taste it. And adjust to your liking. This is how you know it's good!.

I steam mine for 30 min
then bake them for 10min at 425 in desired sauce

Boom. Beanz approved meatballs and patties for burgers.

Will be killing this later!

Well today was a cheat DAY. Started with 3 of these. Homemade chive crepes, egg, onion, cheese and bacon.

And then my wife and I split a 2 bones prime rib, with green beans/bacon/onions and mashed red potatoes loaded with salt and butter. And yes those are 2" thick prime rib cuts. I just cut it down the middle so we each go an end cut. Perfect medium rare.
