What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Crab Cakes! My favorite! Do you use any filler, or straight crab?

Not from scratch actually... There is a local butcher shop in town that has really good seafood. They make raw crab cakes in house... I've tried crab cakes up and down the east coast and I've yet to find a place that have crab cakes this good. Just bring them home, heat oil in skillet and brown on both sides. There is a place that is really famous for there crab cakes about 45 minutes away I've been meaning to try.

My girlfriend didn't grow up on much seafood because of her area except for fish which she doesn't care for very much. She assumed that she just didn't like any seafood. A few months after we met I took her down to the beach and got her to try grilled shrimp and sauteed scallops that I'd made.

She's a seafood lover now. :)

Hell yeah man looks damn good. Where I'm from it's all about that fresh seafood. Whenever I get free time I'm out shrimping, crabbing, fishing, and harvesting oysters/clams. Gotta love the oyster/clam roasts, lowcountry boil, and shrimp and grits. You can go out on the water, hit a couple cut spots, and be back in a couple of hours with a cooler full of shrimp.

Post deadlift meal ;)

Never understood sweet potato pie?
Is that just the fancy sweet potato casserole served with melted marshmellows on top? It has no crust...which doesnt sound like pie but...idk who the heck would put sweet taters in an actual pie?
