What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I've always done between 1 and 1.5 g per lb.
Yeah I've messed around with lower intakes of protein and found it to be better because I got to add more carbs to my diet. More carbs=better power output in the gym. Then again I'm natty so that plays a pretty big role when it comes to protein consumption due to the rapid muscle growth [emoji28]
 
Ive created a monster..a beautiful monster haha.

2 93% lean ground beef patties half pound total. 4 strips of thick cut applewood bacon. 2 sliced lacey swiss. Tomatoes and sweet onions and a thin spread of creamy horseradish sauce. All nestled between a delicious chibatta bun. Next to the can for scale hahah
