Yeah I've messed around with lower intakes of protein and found it to be better because I got to add more carbs to my diet. More carbs=better power output in the gym. Then again I'm natty so that plays a pretty big role when it comes to protein consumption due to the rapid muscle growth [emoji28]I've always done between 1 and 1.5 g per lb.
