Dbol breakfast of champions

It looks rare in the pics but it was over 140 inside temp and the juices ran clear .

Heres the recipe : Rub herb/real butter (3 cubes) over entire roast .Cook prime rib (7lbs) on metal rack for 35 min @500 degrees oven. Shut off heat after 35min and dont open the oven door for 2 hrs . Inside temp should be (125 rare to 140 med rare) Perfect every time ;)
