Hey has anyone posted a mass gaining diet routine easy to print up real quick, that hard gainers have gotten the best results from? Im looking for a plan I can just print and stick to the refrigerator. Didnt Duchaine have a great mass bulking plan at one time?

Yeah eat, eat and eat... don't eat vegetables or salads... eat 70grams atleast of carbs each meal. Best thing I can tell you is dice your protein up finely because it goes down easier. Oatmeal, peanut butter and protein powder shakes between meals. And at night 1/2- 2/3rds cup of oats with milk, scrambled eggs. Basically it's not hard, just eat. The hardest part is eating another meal when your full but that usually happens when you're tired or just not feeling good. Usually after a great workout I need to kill everything in the fridge... that's a sign something is going on.
 
@Tdflorida I also find if I don't eat enough before a workout ; in terms of meals. My strength just isn't there and that's the deciding factor whether I hit 315lb on the bench or 225lb for reps lol.... shit sucks. This NPP blast has me realize Diet is a very very important thing in this game... and Sleeep... I barely sleep. Lucky if I get 2 straight hours then I wake up in cold sweat and feverish dreams .

Thanks man, yeah I recently had tried a preworkout drink and felt like complete shit at the gym. I was actually weaker then when I just have a great carb preworkout meal. Its amazing. As far as sleep ive been wearing earbuds listening to a meditating ocean waves 11 hour video from youtube and its a great night deep sleep. I mean I am out! Wife couldnt wake me. Good stuff.

I mix 2/3rds a cup of unsweetened maltodextrin with my preworkout. I usually hit my last dosage of orals before my workout too. Most of the time I'm rocking... but life hits you and I'm a person that lets his emotions dictate everything. I also have a nasty habit of bringing my phone to bed with me... bad idea. Come tomorrow all this shits ends because I got 4 weeks left on my NPP bulk and I'm going to do a mini log in the log section for a 4 week TNE Adrol/dbol blend I got from a source. I need to get as big as possible before my tren cut then from there that's it for a long long time. I have to prove to myself I can lower the dosages , maybe taper off and clean out for a month or two. Either way I got my mind ready for the start of tomorrow and I need to make everything count. Girls, life, fuckery all needs to be put on hold for this lol.

Just another day for me. Tomorrow I got something to look forward to. First day of my TNE/Adrol/dbol inject. Wondering if I should add more Adrol or just leave it at 50mg.

Tonight I feast on a personal whole chicken my mom made for me. I'm actually beginning to realize this is my life now. It's what I have become accustomed to and there's no going back. Makes me feel like I hit a dead end. My best friend just proposed to his girlfriend today and that's another friend I won't ever see again. Guess that's life. People move on and you're just existing.
