I'm trying to imagine myself a solid 65lbs heavier. I think my knees would revolt. I know my wife would.:(

I wanted to put up some big squat numbers this cycle but my knees have given out. I'm sure weight has something to do with it but I think there are other factors too. Squats have been out of the picture for a while now... Time to focus on healing and starting from scratch with squats again. Need to start meeting with some doc's and shit to get things straight.

As far as my girl, I think she likes me at this weight lol... I can toss her around with ease. She's very supportive though, couldn't ask for better. The only area where she'd be less than supportive would be using slin or something along those lines.

That's really crazy, I never realized he was that tall. For some reason, he always seemed on the shorter side... Judging sizes of those guys is tough sometimes, you need an average size guy next to them to compare to because of the deceiving sizes. I'd love to stand next to Brian Shaw... Only for a minute though, I'd feel like a little snowpea.

I Stand corrected. They have him listed at 6'2 350

Absolutely right. A friend has a picture of him and jay cutler from vegas last year. Cutler is actually a little guy. He looks huge from his photos but the guy is really short. Wide, but really short.

Both of mine are suspect from previous injuries. I know my limitations and they hold me to them. I'm the lightest I've been in years and my body is definitely comfortable at the moment. Lean and vascular will do for the time being.

My wife's great, but I do get the how big is big enough question. She has reservations about a 280lb husband. Slin would be an issue as well.

I've heard that before about Cutler. Wiki has him at 5'-10". Crazy how an inch or two makes such a difference. I always wanted to me a bit taller, 6-2" or so... Shouldn't have smoked cigarettes when I was younger or maybe I would have gotten a few extra inches lol.

I've had knee problems since I was like 16... I was an avid lifter back then too. I've had surgery on one knee and cortisone shots in the other. It's a matter of working around the injuries as best as possible... All you can really do. I have good times and bad. Right before they started giving me issues this cycle, I am confident I could have squatted 550lbs. Now, I'd be scared to put any amount of weight on a bar and squat. They'll come back around though... I think I have some hip issues that are an underlying problem for my knees.

I've thought about asking mine that question, if she had a limit before she wouldn't want me to get any bigger. I think I already know the answer though. She is cool with me being any size I believe.

She's put up with my shit for 15yrs. Wouldn't be the deal breaker I'm guessing. But she's been vocal about not being a fan of the competitive bb'er physique. I know she'd rather have me in the gym every waking hour then drinking a fifth of bourbon a night. So there's that. 280lbs here I come. Lol.
