It definitely is. Turkey bacon is beyond chemically enhanced lol. Pork bacon although way more fattier than turkey has a lot more protein and nutrients. Hard to believe but true.

Here we dont have those subproducts.

I believe in whole food and in fat,but pork isnt my favourite.

Damn if I ate like this I would be 300lbs right now. This tren ace has me clocking for nutrients every hour on the hour. But the head aches are bad.

My metabolism is crazy high, I only weigh 208lbs. Need to gain almost twenty for my next meet and I'm dreading the amount of food it's going to take.

I got the opposite problem. I got a very slow metabolism. I'll trade you. I weigh 269lbs as of today. I can do 6 full pulls up still imagine my big ass moving through gravity?.. I'm torn though. I don't like wasting $ on a blast cutting... makes no sense. I feel when I blast I should be packing on quality pounds at all cost. Definitely cutting on a cruise dosage after this. That's easier. But yeah brother I can't stop.

Lunch

3 Costco frozen 1/3rdlb sirloin burgers.
1/4 cup of grits
1/2 cup of oats 2 scoops of whey blended in water

Preworkout
2/3rd cup of oats, water, banana, 2 scoops of whey

Post workout

8 ounce sirloin burger, 10 grilled chicken tenderloins, giant sweet potato, 3 scrambled eggs, pita bread and yogurt sauce and just to keep it healthy a Greek salad.

That's it for the night
 
Oh I hit triceps only tonight. I'll destroy biceps tomorrow. Change it up. I hit 315lb on close grip for 6 reps. Yesterday I hit 215lb on shoulder press for 8 reps. I'm probably not resting as much but fuck do I feel massive.

Dude you don't have a slow metabolism, you just eat a fucking ton. Lol
 
Damn even without trying and my diet I feel is fucked because of how my life is right now.

I hit well over 300grams of Protein, 400-500 grams of carbs. God knows how much fat..... if I had my routine of meal spacing again throughout the day I would be much bigger.
