My breakfast... 8 eggs, 4 slices of turkey bacon, 2 slices of Daves Killer Bread.
At 8AM I ate 2/3rds cup of oats, 2 bananas and a scoop of myprotein vanilla whey and cinnamon as well.

My girlfriend sent me this in the morning . She ordered from a diner 6 eggs, sausages, turkey bacon, home fries and two slices of toast.... for a 5'2" girl with a 235lb squat/ 255lb deadlift and a 900lb leg press... she eats alottttt lol. I love her. Lol I'm still in shock because the last time we went for dinner she ate her meal and ate off my plate and told me to stfu and order more if I'm hungry. Lol.
