Most of us here are the same way, CDN... All or nothing. Most of us here don't really even need gear, we're just all or nothing. But, always room for improvement when we recognize a fault within ourselves that might need some work.

My breakfast... 8 eggs, 4 slices of turkey bacon, 2 slices of Daves Killer Bread.
At 8AM I ate 2/3rds cup of oats, 2 bananas and a scoop of myprotein vanilla whey and cinnamon as well.

My girlfriend sent me this in the morning . She ordered from a diner 6 eggs, sausages, turkey bacon, home fries and two slices of toast.... for a 5'2" girl with a 235lb squat/ 255lb deadlift and a 900lb leg press... she eats alottttt lol. I love her. Lol I'm still in shock because the last time we went for dinner she ate her meal and ate off my plate and told me to stfu and order more if I'm hungry. Lol.

It's turkey by-product. Or grounded turkey that looks like bacon. It's just a breakfast food for me. It's in no way healthier than pork bacon and I much rather pork but the turkey isn't greasy and it's crunchier... again it's definitely not considered more than just an add-on.

The one benefit I have found after long breaks. I don't experience the same reoccurring muscle pains that previously existed. Very fortunate....Exactly . You have to lift the heavy weights all over again , gotta eat all that food all over again . And ya gotta pin all that spendy gear all over again...But it can be done
