My pre preworkout meal haha. Gotta love pasta. I mixed a couple dollops of low fat blue cheese in with the marinara and it made thise excellent creamy sauce. 10/10 would recommend.

No they're actually crazy tender,even when cooked from frozen.
They're marked as "cross rib steaks" i bought some cuz i hadn't seen them before and they are really tasty. Plus the protein to fat ratio is really good.

Ahhhh....i live near the water here in washington, but you really just cant beat those sun rises/sun sets in Florida.
Makes me homesick and miss the fishing for sure.
