Home-made whole grain pizza with chicken, mozzarella, Spinach, tomato and sauce. I had 4 of these and I'm contemplating a 5th.

On a side-note I'm meeting tonight and possibly staying in all tomorrow with that snow coming with a 29 year old 6 foot blonde that's going through a divorce.... staying the night at her place and I'll see how bad the snow is tomorrow. I can afford to skip a workout and meals for one day just for this moment lol....

Well yesterday the postworkout meal was: Tuna fish total protein 30 grs,integral bread 300 grs, 1 avocado and 500cc of fresh grape juice.

For breakfast and for post-training food I only use packaged food, at least here the packaged fish is of very good quality).
The fish prepared as the shark and other finer fish for lunch and in general when I have time to prepare them, I could not diet prepare special fish every day !. In any case it seems that the fish feels better than the chicken for breakfast.
 
I feel like eggs are one of the best breakfast items and also very easy on the stomach. I choose salmon in a package and a sweet potato pre workout due to it being very light on the stomach and no acid reflex and unlimited energy during my workout.
