What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

He's 305lbs.... I hit 280 and couldn't imagine being over 300. Everything in life is more difficult at that weight lol.
When i saw you posted this i was like...yup:cool:
Eman knows whats up
About a year back i went for broke and force fed my way up to 284. I thought i would chip away at 300 lb's till i got there. That was till i got to mid 280's and realized it aint so fuckin great. If you have an active job being heavy and strong like that is a nightmare. I could see if some one sat at a desk all day and just answered phone calls but jesus man IRL it was a bitch. And i was still 16 lbs off from my mark!

I suppose i didnt let my body assimilate to the weight and just added it all soooo fast and it just didnt like it. That would explain why i felt like dog shit all the time. I changed my goals to take my time getting there for so many reasons. Its just unrealistic and unhealthy to push all that BW in a 10-12 week period. Then again by the end of 2017 when i meet my financial goals and become debt free and can divert my attention solely to what and how i wanna do things ill be using GH for the first time and ill be putting a big diet together for an epic run for 290. I hope the GH helps me get there.

Good man @Perrin Aybara ! Pass on the knowledge ;)

Just giving back where I can. This forum has helped me a ton this last year and change.

dude, folks like PA should be an awesome member, non stop effort to help and guide. People like him are why I stayed here.

Thank you, that seriously means a lot. I'm happy I'm making a difference somewhere.

Sharing one of the biggest tricks I've learned in the past few months for dieting/meal prepping, protein pancake! Now, this isn't some whey-filled pancake, it uses whole eggs. Here's the recipe, adjust as you'd like:
6 whole eggs
1 cup pancake mix (I use Krusteaz gluten free since it tastes the best, and I generally avoid gluten where I can)
A dash of vanilla extract
A dash of cinnamon
A dash of milk, or almond milk in my case, if you'd like. No huge difference I've found.
Stevia to taste if you'd like

Mix all that, throw it into a wide pan on med-low, chuck some berries in if you'd like (strawberries and blueberries taste the best to me) and cover. When the top looks as pictured, flip.

The macros on this are pretty solid if you're okay with some carbs in the morning (as I am):
P: 36
C: 55
F: 30

I use sugar free syrup, so that adds about 12 calories to the whole thing.

Guys, this is delicious and keeps VERY well and reheats perfectly. I make a few at a time and slice 'em up.

The worst part for me was the water weight I was carrying... Constant bloat feeling but when it's time to eat you gotta shove down more calories. It just got to be too much. But, I learned a few things about that journey that will make things different for me going forward. Getting into a good conditioning with solid cardio a few times a week is important... I think that makes a difference in how you feel at the big weight.

I've been researching and putting some thought into a strongman competition sometime in the distant future. If I decide to move forward with it, I'll push for 300 pounds.

GH will likely help keep you a bit leaner on the way, I think it does help add mass too when combined with a good diet and plenty of AAS.

Unfortunately, as much as you don't want to hear it, the more I research it the more I'm convinced that where real mass and HGH is concerned, insulin is involved too. The addition of that compound to GH use is where the real weight goes on.

I'm a ways off from all that... GH by itself is fine for me at the moment, since I don't cruise it's a pretty handy tool to use through PCT too.

I can't stop eating on Tren Ace. The way everyone was describing tren I thought I was in for death. I'm getting really bad shoulder, neck and back sweats at night and last night I had a serious dream about a blow job... I mean I felt the damn thing idk how that's possible to feel a blow job in a dream but I did lol..

As for eating. I get a sick craving for hot oatmeal, whey protein mixed in with a banana or some sort of fruit like 2-3 times a day ontop of my usual breakfast, preworkout meal, lunch, afternoon meal, dinner and eggs before bed... if I skip carbs I get all faint and shit.

Can anyone explain wtf is up with my carb cravings on Tren?

I'm 265lb at the moment... I'm always overheated and I can't drink enough without pissing orange all day.
