You are not lying at all about that. I am currently at 220, I used to be pure fat at 325. Life over 300 is not good. I got down lean to 198, then been bulking/power lifting, weighed in at 220lbs yesterday. I have to say my size is increasing like crazy every since @Perrin Aybara put me on a workout plan. Been able to add 5-10 lbs to each exercise a week.He's 305lbs.... I hit 280 and couldn't imagine being over 300. Everything in life is more difficult at that weight lol.
